Twilight news!
Exciting news for Twilight fans! The movie release date for Australia has been pushed forward to December 11!
MovieJungle has updated teaser trailers for the film here. That page also has links to interviews with various people associated with the film.
A partial draft of Midnight Sun (Twilight from Edwards point of view) was released virally on the net (breaching copyright). Stephenie Meyer has now made that draft available online at her site here, and has abandoned any publication plans for this indefinitely. There’s a statement about it on her site. She also has a FAQ for Breaking Dawn here (many spoilers, so be aware of this if you haven’t read the book).

Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging
The latest book to be turned into a film is ‘Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging’ based on the series of books by Louise Rennison. I really like the movies official website which you can check out here or you can see more information, including reviews and cast info at IMDB The movie is being released September 18 here in Australia.
We have two of the books from the series here in the Library, as well as the book ‘Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging’. You can find them on the fiction shelf under REN.

Spring display
Spring has finally arrived! Hopefully the warmer weather will follow shortly
As you know with a new month comes a new library display. This month Mrs Ryan has collected a lot of student work and put that on display. It looks really good, especially the fascinators made by the textiles class! They’ll be great for the spring carnival coming up soon. There are some photos of these being made here or the original drawings here
And as usual here are some pics of the display that I’ve taken:
